This article will guide you through the process of buying cryptocurrency on Metal Pay Connect.

Getting Started:
Step 1: Tap the Buy button located at the top of the homescreen.
Step 2: Choose crypto and amount
- On the main screen, select the cryptocurrency you wish to purchase from the drop-down menu.
- Enter the amount you would like to buy.
Step 3: Sign in to your Metal Pay account
- Enter your Metal Pay account's email and password to connect your Metal Pay account to buy crypto.
- Validate your email address by entering the 6-digit code sent to your email.
Step 4: Enter your XPR Network account's @username
- Enter the @username of your XPR Network account (without the @ symbol) where you want to receive the purchased crypto.
Step 5: Select a card
- On the next screen, confirm your funding source by selecting the card you want to use for the transaction.
Buying with a debit or credit card:
- If you want to link another debit or credit card (only U.S. customers can link a VISA card):
- Tap on the “Add new card” button.
- Enter your first and last name, card number and expiration date. (Linked cards must be in your name)
- Input your CVV code and tap the 'Done' button, then tap 'Continue' if all the information is correct.
- To finish linking the card, enter the postal code associated with your card's billing address.
- Tap the ‘Continue’ button. It may take a moment for the authentication to process.
- Your card is now linked.
Step 6: Finalize purchase
- Tap on the 'Continue' button.
- Review your purchase.
- Tap the “Purchase” button to complete the transaction.
- Once processing is complete, you will see the “Payment Processing” notification.
- Tap “Done” to go back to the home screen.
