How do I switch between XPR Network, Metal Blockchain, Ethereum and Metal L2 in the WebAuth Wallet?

This guide will show you how to switch between XPR Network, Metal Blockchain, Ethereum and Metal L2 in the WebAuth Wallet.

⚠️ If you started using Metal Blockchain with an existing XPR Network account, you will need to backup your private key for Metal Blockchain and Ethereum separately. Failure to do so may result in loss of access to the funds on Metal Blockchain and Ethereum. ⚠️

Newly created WebAuth Wallet accounts with the seed phrase mnemonic backup will restore accounts from both blockchains.

Switching from XPR Network to Metal Blockchain, Ethereum, or Metal L2:

1. Open the WebAuth Wallet and click the Profile icon located at the bottom right corner to access the Settings page.
2. Select 'Chain' under 'Preferences'.
3. Select 'Metal' to switch to the Metal Blockchain
4. Alternatively, you can use the network switcher tab above your wallet balance.

Switching from Metal Blockchain to XPR Network, Ethereum, or Metal L2:

1. Open the WebAuth Wallet and click the Profile icon located at the bottom right corner to access the Settings page.
2. Select 'Chain' under 'Preferences'.
3. Select 'XPR Network' to switch to the XPR Network.
4. Alternatively, you can use the network switcher tab above your wallet balance.
