Overview
This guide will walk you through the process of creating an XRP Ledger (XRPL) account inside the WebAuth Wallet. XRPL accounts are created directly within the app and allow you to send, receive, and store XRP.
Part 1: Create Your XRPL Account

Open the WebAuth Wallet App
Launch the WebAuth Wallet on your device.
Tap “Sign Up.”

Select XRP Ledger (XRPL)
Select the XRP Ledger from the networks dropdown list

Review and Accept Policies
Read and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to continue.

Choose Your Username
Enter your preferred @username for the XPR Network (WebAuth Wallet).
Tap Continue.
⚠️ Note: Your @username cannot be changed once your account is created.

Set Your Public Name
Enter your Public Display Name (this is how your name will appear to others).
Tap Continue.
Part 2: Backup and Recovery
6. Secure Your Recovery Phrase
You will be shown a 12-word recovery phrase.
Write down these words and store them securely — this phrase is the only way to access your account if you lose access to your device.
⚠️ No recovery phrase = no access to your account.
7. Verify Your Recovery Phrase
Confirm your 12-word phrase by matching the words shown on the screen in the correct order.
Once verified, tap Continue.
Part 3: Email Verification
8. Enter Your Email Address
Provide a valid email address.
A 6-digit verification code will be sent to this email.
9. Verify Your Email
Enter the 6-digit code you received.
Tap Confirm to complete verification.
Once verified, tap Continue.
Part 4: Activation Requirement
10. Minimum XRP Reserve
XRPL requires a minimum wallet balance of 1 XRP to activate a new account. This is known as the base reserve.

To activate your XRPL account, you must receive the required minimum amount of 1 XRP into the new wallet address. Until this minimum balance is met, the account will not be fully active on the XRP Ledger.
Account Creation Complete
🎉 Congratulations! Your XRP Ledger account has been successfully created.
To unlock all available features, make sure to fully verify your WebAuth Wallet account within the app.

IMPORTANT:
- Your XRPL wallet address is permanent once created.
- We are unable to recover your Private Key or 12-word recovery phrase for you.
