How do I withdraw cryptocurrencies from Metal X?

This guide will assist you in withdrawing cryptocurrencies from Metal X to an external wallet or service provider.

Before you begin

• Ensure you've created your account.
• Open the WebAuth.com wallet app on your mobile device, as you'll need it to authorize the transaction.

Let’s get started

1. Visit https://app.metalx.com/bridge and select the Withdrawal tab
   • If you haven't connected your wallet yet, do so by going to https://app.metalx.com/swap and clicking the "Connect Wallet" button in the top right corner.
2. Choose the cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw.
   • For this example, we will use USDC.
3. Enter the amount and the destination address.
   • A transaction fee from the destination blockchain will be generated automatically (since the funds are leaving the XPR Network blockchain, you will need to pay cross-chain transaction fees).
   • The fee is calculated based on the average fee at the time of the transaction.
   • Keep in mind that the fee will be deducted from your withdrawal amount.

4. When you're ready to go ahead, click the withdraw button.

   ⚠️ Please double-check the amount and destination address. Once the transaction is sent, it cannot be undone!

5. Grab your mobile device, open the WebAuth.com wallet, and follow the prompts on the screen to authorize the transaction.
6. That’s it! You can view your completed withdrawals at the bottom of the Withdrawal page.
