How do I withdraw cryptocurrencies from Metal X?

This guide will show you how to withdraw cryptocurrencies from Metal X to an external wallet or service provider.

Before starting

• You will need to create your account.
• Open the WebAuth.com wallet app on your mobile device. We will need it to authorize the transaction.

Let’s get started

1. Navigate to https://app.metalx.com/bridge and select the Withdrawal tab
   • If you haven't already, connect your WebAuth.com wallet to https://app.metalx.com/swap by clicking the "Connect Wallet" button in the top right corner of the page.
     
     
2. Select the cryptocurrency you would like to withdraw.
   • For this example, we will be using USDC
     
     
3. Enter the amount and destination address.
   • A transaction fee charged by the destination blockchain be generated automatically (since the funds are leaving XPR Network blockchain, you will have to pay cross-chain transaction fees)
   • The fee is calculated as the current average fee at the time of the transaction
   • Don't forget to account for the fee - it will be deducted from your withdrawal amount
     
     
4. Once you are ready to proceed, click the withdraw button.

   ⚠️ Double check the amount and destination address. Once the transaction is sent, it cannot be undone!

5. Grab your mobile device, open WebAuth.com wallet, and follow the onscreen prompts to authorize the transaction.
   
   
6. That's it. You can see your completed withdrawals at the bottom of the Withdrawal page.
