How to select a network when depositing/withdrawing crypto assets?

Metal X now allows you to use multiple networks for both depositing and withdrawing assets. It's important to send your funds to the correct network associated with the platform or wallet you're using. If you send funds using the wrong network, they might be lost, so please take a moment to double-check your network selection.

Just a heads up, when you send assets using the WebAuth.com Wallet, it always operates on the native XPR Network blockchain. However, deposits and withdrawals on the XPR Network Swap can happen across different networks. We can't take responsibility for any errors made during network selection.

⚠️ For coins needing a deposit memo, such as XRP, XLM, and Stellar USDC, omitting the memo will result in your funds not being credited to your XPR Network account.

How do I select a network while depositing?

1. Visit the DEX and log in at the upper right (https://app.metalx.com/dex/XPR_XMD)
2. You will be asked to log in using your WebAuth.com wallet.
3. Go to the DEX Bridge (https://app.metalx.com/bridge)
4. Select the asset you want to deposit.
5. Choose the network you plan to send the funds on.
6. Send your funds to the deposit address shown.

How do I select a network while withdrawing?

1. Go to Metal X and log in at the upper right (https://app.metalx.com/dex/XPR_XMD)
2. You will be prompted to log in via WebAuth.com Wallet.
3. Navigate to the Metal X Bridge (https://app.metalx.com/bridge)
4. Select the asset you’d like to withdraw.
5. Choose the network you want to use for sending.
6. Enter the amount and the destination address.
7. Once you're happy with your choices, click withdraw to begin the process.
